Fiore is a family business with over 30 years of experience and is now managed by the second generation.
Packaging and assembly were a family topic from the very beginning. In the early days, father Peppino would bring tools home, which his two sons, Simone and Achille, then packed and assembled in the family living room. This meant the two brothers came into contact with the subject at an early age and began developing strategies for completing the tasks faster and more efficiently.
They still enjoy this challenge today, and it forms the basis of the company’s unique philosophy.
Every task matters
The tasks are now more demanding than they were back then, but the two brothers can draw on around 30 years of professional experience. The jobs have become more complex, and the customers have become better known and larger. What has remained is the absolute determination to complete each task for the customer in the best possible time and quality, whether it is a multi-stage process chain or a simple product assembly job. This is what particularly sets Fiore apart.

Loyal and experienced employees are the key to achieving and maintaining the highest possible quality level over many years.
